Bylaws
Article I — Name
This organization shall be known as the Clermont Northeastern Athletic Association (CNEAA), a non-profit organization serving youth in the CNE School District.
Article II — Purpose
To provide organized, safe and positive athletic opportunities that promote sportsmanship, teamwork and personal growth for local children.
Article III — Membership
Membership is open to parents and guardians of registered participants and to community volunteers in good standing.
Article IV — Board of Directors
The association is governed by an elected board including President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and sport commissioners.
Article V — Meetings
General meetings are held monthly and are open to members. A quorum of the board is required for official business.
Article VI — Finances
All funds are used solely for association purposes. The Treasurer maintains records reviewed annually by the board.
Article VII — Code of Conduct
Players, coaches, parents and spectators are expected to show respect, sportsmanship and support for all participants and officials.
Article VIII — Amendments
Bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the board at a regularly scheduled meeting.
